So, how did you do on your Health test?
The Being Well Lifestyle Assessment, is designed for you to take a look comprehensively at all aspects of your lifestyle – Mindset, Exercise, Diet, Relaxation and Enjoyment. Your total score tells you where your health is right now. Each individual score tells you how strong or weak you are in each aspect.
If you didn’t do quite as well as you thought you would on the Being Well Lifestyle Assessment, don’t worry – you can get help. Health Tutoring is available for you and is designed to help you raise your grade as much as you want to raise it.
In our one-on-one telephone conversations, our work together will be completely different than any other consultation you’ve ever had with a health care practitioner.
Most doctors only tell you what to do: what to eat or not eat, what exercises to do, etc. and I’m sure you’ve heard all of it before.
The truth is, you don’t need more information about how to get healthy – what to do and what not to do.
What you need to learn how to start doing the things you already know you should be doing and how to stop doing the things that you know you shouldn’t be doing. Right?

Well, I take the teaching aspect of my profession very seriously and I believe that the real power of healing comes from what person learns to do themselves.
And that’s where ‘coaching’ comes into play. The coaching dynamic involves training, development of skills and the achievement of goals. So at the end of our time together, you will not only be able maintain the results you’ve created, but you will also have all the tools and skills necessary to create even more results for yourself.
One Time Individual Session – $97
The focus of this session is to review your Being Well Lifestyle Assessment and to pin point the areas that will be most impactful for you to work on to improve your health. At the end of our telephone session together, you will have a clear plan of action, complete with homework recommendations and access to email follow up and check ins.
30-Day Upgrade – $397
These sessions are designed for you to improve your Health Grade a full grade in just 30 days.
We will review your Being Well Lifestyle Assessment together and decide which area: Mindset, Exercise, Diet, or Relaxation is most in need of a breakthrough. We will then decide which new health habit is the most important one for you to develop to improve your overall health and improve it in the next 30 days.
This intensive program includes weekly telephone sessions, homework assignments, unlimited email access throughout the month and access to “The Secret to Building a New Health Habit” resources.
90-Day Health Makeover – $1097

In our weekly sessions together, we will delve into your Being Well Lifestyle Assessment and I will guide you through the process of comprehensively transforming your health from the inside out.
By spending 90 days with me, you will insure that each area of your health & wellness is examined, explored, reprogrammed and patterned for success. You will completely recreate yourself during this time by learning to build new health habits in each area of your health – Think Well, Move Well, Eat Well, Rest Well and Be Well.
My goal for you is that because you will have spent the time and effort over a prolonged period under careful guidance to improve your health, you will have everything you need to maintain the results you’ve created so you can enjoy them for a lifetime.
