Jay,
That was excellent as I learn a lot by just reading the questions. I scored a 96 and still have a ways to go.
Cheers,

Richard

My total was 65. My strongest area was Be Well and my weakest area was Move Well. Oh, well…

Great job Terry. By building the other areas of your health, the Wellness you already enjoy in the Be Well category will be increased too.

So pick one item of the 20 in the Move Well section to improve upon and let’s get started – which one would you like to work with first?

Like Terry, my strongest area was Be Well and my weakest was Move Well…. I guess I’m not surprised by those scores.

Physical problems and limitations brought me to you, Dr. Jay, for treatment, and those issues are reflected in my lower score in the Move Well section. But I also have a pretty good attitude and a desire to live well and enjoy my life (Be Well.) I’m exited about working with you to improve all my scores!

I absolutely certain your Move Well score is going to go up and up. You're already making great improvements – it's your attitude that's going to (and does) make all the difference!
