Workout Smarter, Not Harder

Man Walking at Sunset 300x199 Workout Smarter, Not HarderEveryone who works out wants to get stronger, burn fat, get energized and feel better. But too many people are going about their workouts in the wrong way and by working out too hard, they’re actually working against themselves.

I interviewed Christopher Warren who has his Masters in Exercise Physiology and is an expert in Metabolic testing and training programs (and he’s my little brother too), to shed some light on how by working out with less intensity, we can burn more fat, build more strength, have more energy and recover more quickly so we can keep getting these great results over and over again.

Basic Heart Rate Monitors: http://www.polarusa.com/us-en/products/get_active (be sure to get one with a chest strap which has much better accuracy than the wrist monitors).
